I just discovered this company that grows lettuce hydroponically and sells it in a mostly cardboard, compostable container. Grown in their facility in Cornwall and sold across Ontario.

Also, a good thought. I do find there is a spectrum to "Buy Canadian". We want to teach the US a lesson, but also do our best not to hurt our own citizens.
