@everyone List of products that are subject to tariffs coming from the United States. This will increase the price on these US products. Best to avoid and find an alternative that's Canadian or cheaper from another country. https://www.canada.ca/en/department-finance/news/2025/03/list-of-products-from-the-united-states-subject-to-25-per-cent-tariffs-effective-march-4-2025.html

I’m dumping every American product. I’ll go without. But that said, who knew k could get oranges from Egypt? It’s a big world. The USA can waste away now.

There is certainly the concern that they may do that. Way too much greed. Hopefully non-USA products will stand out as being expensive, thus encouraging Canadians to get their products from Canada ideally and elsewhere if not available here.

I scrolled as far as Trunks, suitcases… and it’s a very long list that will touch all of us. So I have a message for Loblaws, Sobeys, Metro, and every retail chain in Canada. Do Not take the price increases on USA tariffed goods and apply those same increases to goods made in Canada, Mexico or any other country. Canadians are watching and we’re doing our best to support each other. Your responsibility is to do the same.
