I doubt he's going to jump right into a war, although he tends to be an unpredictable hothead. I've been avoiding US products.

Currently, it's a race to see if he causes a civil war or depression in the US first. He can hurt Canada economically, but unless things drastically change, invading Canada is WW3, and his own peoplea and military will revolt.

We and the usa are members of NATO. That means the usa has agreed not to attack us (which is no longer trustworthy) but if we are attacked the other member countries have agreed to help defend us. Trump would be starting the very same WW3 that he was wailing about with Zelensky.

p.s. that angry emoji is not meant for your comment...it represents my pure hatred for the orange idiot who is ruining the North American economy. I don't think he will use military force on us, but I do believe he will continue to put economical pressure on us so that we cave into his whims. I pray that he has a heart attack, or chokes on a cheeseburger soon.

I honestly think he's doing this because he knows Canada will respond. He might treat this as an "act of war" and use it an excuse to annex Canada via military force if trading becomes too expensive or if we refuse to trade with the US.

Well he can roll over and die first! We Canadians are proud people and we will not be bullied! The tarriffs are going to hurt our economy BUT they will also hurt the US economy. We need to keep up the fight folks! We will get through this.
